Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Lucy McGhee Physiotherapy (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “your”) at our clinic located at 19 Appley Lane North, Appley Bridge or via remote consultations. By attending your appointment or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked via phone, email, online, or in person. A £15 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. If more than 24 hours’ notice is given, this deposit can be transferred to a new appointment should you need to reschedule.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or non-attendance will result in loss of your £15 deposit.
