Injury assessment
Our initial assessment is the first step in understanding what's causing your pain or limiting your movement. During your session, we'll take the time to listen to your concerns, discuss your medical history and lifestyle and carry out a physical examination.
Our goal is to identify the root cause of your symptoms and provide a clear explanation of what's happening. From there, we'll create a tailored treatment and rehabilitation plan to help you recover safely and return to the activities you enjoy.

Exercise Rehabilitation
Tailored exercise programs designed to restore movement and strength, promoting faster recovery.
Taking the time to get to know you, working together to find a plan that will fit around your lifestyle.
Sports Massage
A form of deep tissue massage designed to reduce muscle tension, improve range of motion and flexibility and enhance recovery. It is suitable for a wide range of individuals to help manage physical demands from training, work or just daily life.

Acupuncture
A highly effective treatment rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, involving the insertion of fine needles into specific points of the body to help reduce inflammation and manage pain.
Acupuncture is effective at treating a wide range of conditions including osteoarthritis, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow, back and neck pain, headaches, TMJ pain and more.
Paediatric Sports Injuries
Our paediatric sports injury assessment is designed for active children and teenagers aged 10–15 who have sustained an injury during sport or physical activity. Whether it's a sudden injury or pain that has developed over time, we'll carry out a thorough assessment to identify the cause, provide a diagnosis, and create a personalised treatment and rehabilitation plan to support a safe return to sport.
For all appointments, a parent or legal guardian must remain present for the entire duration of the assessment and treatment session.
