Lucy McGhee graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2022 with a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy. Since then she has gained extensive experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy working in private practice before founding Lucy McGhee Physiotherapy in 2025.
She is committed to professional development and has completed post-graduate courses in sports massage, acupuncture and strength and conditioning.
Passionate about endurance sports, she has a particular interest in treating runners and triathletes of all levels, from recreational athletes to elite competitiors. She understands the physical demands of training and racing, and enjoys helping atheltes overcome injury, optimise performance and achieve their goals through personalised, evidence based care.
Outside of work, she balances her time between family life with her husband, young son and Labrador Jasper, and her dedication to patients.

Karly Bland brings over a decade of elite-level experience in physiotherapy through professional sport, where she specialised in all aspects of sports physiotherapy, performance, and patient care.
Backed by a strong academic foundation, holding a degree in Sports Therapy and masters degrees in Physiotherapy and Football Science and Rehabilitation. Karly has held several top-tier leadership postions accross mens professional football. Her impressive background includes serving Head of Academy Science and Medical, Head Physiotherapist, and Head of Medical.
Combining high-level clinical expertise with extensive practical experience, Karly is dedicated to delivering excellent physiotherapy for all ages, needs and requirements.
